HOI represents key clients in the Sochi Investment Forum and launches the Tver Marina Lifestyle Project successfully; a project that is developed by the Status Group of Companies. The Project received the highest commendations by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Medvedev who has opened the Exhibition.
House of Investment participated in the International Investment Forum in Sochi, one of Russia’s foremost annual economic events, bringing together government representatives, investors and developers from across Russia and abroad to present major investment projects and discuss the business climate in the regions.
For HOI the Forum provided a valuable platform to meet regional administrations and project sponsors, review large-scale real estate and infrastructure opportunities, and strengthen the firm’s network in the Russian market — a key market of interest alongside Cyprus, Greece, the CIS and MENA. Discussions focused primarily on mixed-use and hospitality-led developments and the structuring of investment partnerships between international capital and regional projects.
