Vladimir Novikov
Mr. Novikov is currently a Director in House of Investment based out of the Nicosia, Cyprus office dealing with Real Estate Investments and large Mixed Use Project Development. Areas of interest include Project Development, Project Management and Real Estate Investments across various classes.
Mr. Novikov has over 10 years experience in Real Estate Development and Finance in Russia, CIS and Cyprus.
He also has great interest in IT management having served as an IT Manager for a number of multinationals in Russia and CIS countries.
He served as CEO of LLC «TRPP», a Russian subsidiary of Trinity group Canada with specialization on retail-park and shopping center development.
Prior to this, Mr. Novikov served as the CEO of Olson PM construction company of Eurasia Logistic group with specialization in A-class warehouse development.
Mr. Novikov has significant experience in IT and was employed as Channel Development Manager of SAP out of the Moscow office with responsibility for CIS region.
He started out as management consultant with specialization on the financial services.
Mr. Novikov holds an MBA degree from the Financial Academy of Russian Federation as well as an MS and BS degrees in Space Engineering from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
