This policy explains what personal data we collect through houseofinvestment.com and in related communications, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

House of Investment (HOI) Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 219377, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about any privacy matter using the details at the end of this page.
02Personal data we collect
- Information you send us: when you use our contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, the subject and content of your message, and any other details you choose to include. If you call us, we may record your name, contact details and the purpose of your call.
- Business relationship data: if you are a client, prospective client, partner or supplier, we process contact and professional details and the information needed to manage that relationship.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, our servers and security tools automatically process your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through the website, and we ask that you do not send us such data.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
04Who we share your data with

- professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants;

- enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact;
- client and business relationship records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by applicable law, tax and regulatory rules;

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and website security monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy) or with the data protection authority where you live or work.

The website is intended for professional and adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
